目的探讨愈疡止血散联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗脾虚热郁型消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选取176例脾虚热郁型消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组82例和对照组94例。给予观察组患者愈疡止血散联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗，给予对照组患者单用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗，两组患者均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分，血清胃泌素、缩胆囊素、胃动素、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素（IL）-2、IL-6和IL-8水平，以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，两组患者的隐痛或烧灼感、纳差、口干、口苦等证候评分较治疗前降低，且观察组的上述评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者的血清缩胆囊素、胃泌素水平较治疗前降低，血清胃动素水平较治疗前升高，且观察组血清缩胆囊素、胃泌素水平低于对照组，血清胃动素水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平较治疗前降低，血清IL-2水平较治疗前升高，且观察组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组，血清IL-2水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组临床总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组患者治疗过程中均未发生不良反应。结论愈疡止血散联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗不仅可以安全有效地减轻脾虚热郁型消化性溃疡患者的隐痛或烧灼感、纳差、口干、口苦等证候，还可以促进胃排空，增强机体免疫功能，减轻炎症反应，从而促进溃疡面愈合，且效果优于单用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Yuyang Zhixue Powder combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets for the treatment of peptic ulcer in spleen deficiency and heat obstruction type. MethodsA total of 176 patients with peptic ulcer in spleen deficiency and heat obstruction type were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into observation group (82 cases) or control group (94 cases) according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with Yuyang Zhixue Powder combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets, while the control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets alone. Patients of both groups received continuous treatment for 4 weeks. The pre- and post-treatment Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes score, and serum gastrin, cholecystokinin, motilin, tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-2, IL-6, IL-8 levels, as well as clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between patients of the two groups. ResultsAfter treatment, patients of both groups obtained decreased scores of symptoms such as dull pain or burning sensation, anorexia, xerostomia, bitter taste, etc., as compared with before treatment, and the observation group yielded lower scores as above as compared with the control group (P＜0.05); in addition, the levels of serum cholecystokinin and gastrin in both groups were decreased, while the level of serum motilin was increased as compared with before treatment, and the observation group yielded lower levels of serum cholecystokinin and gastrin, whereas a higher level of serum motilin as compared with the control group (P＜0.05); moreover, the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 of the two groups were decreased, whereas serum IL-2 level was increased as compared with before treatment, and the observation group yielded lower levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8, while a higher serum IL-2 level as compared with the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group exhibited a higher total clinical effective rate as compared with the control group (P＜0.05); however, no adverse reactions of patients in the both groups during treatment occurred. ConclusionYuyang Zhixue Powder combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets can not only safely and effectively alleviate symptoms of dull pain or burning sensation, anorexia, xerostomia, and bitter taste, etc., in patients with peptic ulcer in spleen deficiency and heat obstruction type, but also promote gastric emptying, enhance immune function of the body, relieve inflammatory reactions, so as to promote ulcerative surface healing; in addition, the effect is superior to simple Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets.
