目的 基于CiteSpace软件探讨我国乳腺癌筛查的研究现状及热点。方法 检索中国知网数据库建库至2021年12月收录的乳腺癌筛查相关文献,将纳入文献导入CiteSpace 6.1 R2软件,对发文量、研究机构、作者和关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入2 029篇文献。我国乳腺癌筛查相关文献在2008年之前年度发文量较少,2008—2013年的年度发文量迅速增长,2014—2021年的年度发文量呈波动增长趋势。发文量排名前10的研究机构多为高校及其附属医院,发文量最多的研究机构是中国医学科学院肿瘤医院,其次是天津医科大学肿瘤医院。发文量最多的作者为李静(14篇)、王欣(14篇)。我国乳腺癌筛查研究的热点主题集中于农村妇女、两癌筛查、筛查技术、健康教育等,其中乳腺摄影(乳腺钼靶)、乳腺超声等筛查技术为经典研究主题,深度学习为最新突现的前沿研究热点。结论 我国学者对乳腺癌筛查研究的关注度逐步提高,现已形成凝聚力较强的研究团队,但跨地域、跨机构的学术交流合作仍有待加强。目前乳腺癌筛查相关研究以农村妇女作为热点人群,以两癌筛查为主要契机,以健康教育为促进筛查行为的重要手段,以乳腺超声、乳腺摄影(乳腺钼靶)、深度学习等筛查技术为热点主题。
ObjectiveTo explore the research current status and hotspots of breast cancer screening in China based on the CiteSpace software. MethodsThe literature related to breast cancer screening enrolled in China National Knowledge Infrastructure database from the establishment of the database to December 2021 was retrieved, and the enrolled literature was imported to the CiteSpace 6.1 R2 software; furthermore, the number of article publications, institutions, authors, and keywords were analyzed visually. ResultsA total of 2029 articles were enrolled. Before 2008, the annual number of article publications on breast cancer screening in China was relatively small. From 2008 to 2013, the annual number of article publications increased rapidly, and from 2014 to 2021, the annual number of article publications exhibited a fluctuating growth trend. The top 10 research institutions with the largest number of article publications were universities and their affiliated hospitals. The Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences had the largest number of article publications, followed by Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital. The authors with the largest number of article publications were LI Jing (14 articles) and WANG Xin (14 articles). The hot topics of breast cancer screening research in China focused on rural women, two cancer screening, screening technique, and health education, etc., among them, screening technique such as mammography (molybdenum target) and breast ultrasound was a classic topic, and deep learning was the latest emerging frontier of research hotspots. ConclusionChinese scholars′ attention to breast cancer screening research has gradually increased, and a cohesive research team has been formed. However, academic exchanges and cooperation across regions and institutions still need to be strengthened. At present, breast cancer screening related research takes rural women as hot population, takes the two cancer screening as the main opportunity, takes health education as an important means to promote screening behavior, and takes breast ultrasound, mammography (molybdenum target), deep learning and other screening techniques as the hot topics.
