3D printing technique combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of kidney calculus: a Meta-analysis

目的系统评价3D打印技术联合经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗肾结石的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、维普智立方、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物学文献服务系统、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science等数据库,检索关于3D打印技术联合PCNL治疗肾结石的随机对照试验和/或病例对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2021年3月8日。筛选文献和质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入9篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,观察组清石率、一次穿刺成功率均高于对照组,住院时间、并发症发生率、术中出血量均短于或少于对照组(均P<0.05),但两组的手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3D打印技术联合PCNL能够提高肾结石患者的清石率和一次穿刺成功率,缩短或降低住院时间、并发症发生率及术中出血量,效果优于单独使用PCNL。
ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of 3D printing technique combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for the treatment of kidney calculus. MethodsThe randomized controlled trials and/or case-control trials concerning 3D printing technique combined with PCNL for the treatment of kidney calculus were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP smart cube, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science and other databases. The search period was from establishment to March 8, 2021. After literature screening and quality evaluation, the RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis. ResultsA total of 9 literature was finally enrolled. The results of Meta-analysis revealed that the observation group yielded higher stone clearance rate and success rate of one-time puncture, whereas shorter length of hospital stay, a lower incidence rate of complications, and less intraoperative bleeding volume as compared with the control group (all P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in operation duration between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion3D printing technique combined with PCNL can improve the stone clearance rate and success rate of one-time puncture in patients with kidney calculus, shorten length of hospital stay, decrease the incidence rate of complications and intraoperative bleeding volume, exerting superior effect to PCNL application alone.
