鼻咽癌作为头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断和精准治疗至关重要。人工智能(AI)技术可以深度挖掘影像数据与鼻咽癌诊断、治疗及预后等方面的关系,在鼻咽癌精准医学领域有着广阔的应用前景。然而,将AI技术广泛应用于临床仍需要克服一系列难题。本文就AI技术在鼻咽癌影像领域的应用进展进行综述,并分析当前AI技术在鼻咽癌影像领域应用的机遇与挑战,旨在为鼻咽癌的早期诊断和个体化治疗开辟新的方向。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in the head and neck, early diagnosis and precise treatment are of great importance. Artificial intelligence (AI) technique can deeply explore the relation of imaging data with diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and will have broad application prospects to the field of precision medicine of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. However, a series of challenges still need to be overcome to achieve widespread clinical application of AI technique. In this paper, application progress on AI technique to the imaging field of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is reviewed, and opportunities and challenges of current application of AI technique to the imaging field of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are analyzed, aiming at opening up a novel direction for early diagnosis and individualized treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
