目的基于CiteSpace软件探讨我国中医药治疗急性髓系白血病（AML）的研究现状及热点。方法在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台等数据库中检索2000—2022年间中医药治疗AML的相关文献，应用CiteSpace软件对发文量、作者、研究机构和关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入425篇文献，2000—2022年间我国中医药治疗AML研究的发文量整体呈上升趋势。共涉及973位作者，其中核心作者62名，核心作者总发文量为379篇，初步形成以黄礼明、周永明、杨文华为代表的核心作者群。共涉及276所研究机构，天津中医药大学及其附属医院在该领域中处于领先地位，但跨地区、跨机构的学术合作较少。中医药治疗AML的研究热点为对疾病名称的认识、AML及其并发症的中医药临床疗效研究、中医药治疗AML的作用机制的实验研究等，老年AML的名医经验探讨是近年来的研究热点。结论我国在中医药治疗AML方面的研究仍处于探索阶段，虽然已初步形成核心研究团队，但跨地区、跨机构的学术合作仍有待加强。未来应加强各研究团队及机构间的交流合作，开展更多关于挖掘名老中医诊治经验、完善临床观察数据和探索方药作用机制的研究。

ObjectiveTo explore the current status and hotspot of research on Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in China based on CiteSpace software.MethodsLiterature related to Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of AML from 2000 to 2022 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, VIP, and other databases. The CiteSpace software was applied to perform visualized analysis on the number of publications, and authors, research institutions, as well as keywords, etc. ResultsA total of 425 literature was enrolled. From 2000 to 2022, the number of publications of research on Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of AML in China exhibited an overall increasing trend. A total of 973 authors were involved, therein, 62 were core authors, the total number of publications by core authors was 379, and a core group of authors, represented by Huang Liming, Zhou Yongming, and Yang Wenhua, had been initially formed. A total of 276 research institutions were involved, among which Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals took the leading position in this field, but there was less cross-regional and cross-institutional academic cooperation. The research hotspots of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of AML were knowledge for disease names, and research on Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical efficacy of AML and its complications, etc.,and the exploration on the experience of famous doctors in elderly patients with AML was a research hotspot in the past years. ConclusionResearch of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of AML is still in the exploratory stage in China. Although the core research team has been initially formed, the academic cooperation across regions and institutions still needs to be strengthened. In the future, we should strengthen the communication and cooperation between various research teams and institutions, and carry out more research on exploring the experience of diagnosis and treatment from prestigious veteran doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine, improving clinical observation data, and exploring mechanism of prescriptions and medicines.
